The data you provide through the form is used solely to:
- Respond to your request for information or demo.
- Contact you to schedule a commercial meeting if requested.
- Send you the personalized proposal you request.
We do not send unsolicited commercial communications, use your data for advertising, or share it with third parties for such purposes.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent, given by ticking the corresponding box in the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR), as well as pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) when you ask for a demo or quote.

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if the inquiry does not lead to a business relationship, for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact. If you contract a service, data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and applicable legal periods.
